Chief Executive Officer
Greg McCarthy is the Chief Executive Officer of AOC Key Solutions. He has over 30 years of management and marketing experience. As CEO, Mr. McCarthy oversees the strategic direction of the firm, company performance, and grows new customer bases. From 2012-2014, Mr. McCarthy led operations at AOC Key Solutions.
Mr. McCarthy also leads the AOC Key Solutions group specializing in Third Party Performance Assessments. He has interviewed over a thousand government personnel regarding contractor performance across government agencies, giving him “front line” experience in understanding government needs for clients. In 2012 he was honored with Smart CEO Magazine’s Executive Management Award. Mr. McCarthy has worked in virtually every role of the government bid life cycle. Before joining AOC Key Solutions in 2005, he served as Director of Marketing for Black and Decker.
Gina Gallagher has more than 30 years of business strategy, business development and market experience in the federal government sector. She has held numerous additional leadership and senior executive management positions with large systems integrators and small companies such as DynCorp (CSC), Titan (L3), LEADS Corporation, and Satyam.
Prior to joining AOC Key Solutions, Ms. Gallagher led the sales and marketing efforts for one of the most successful T4 primes at Systems Made Simple (SMS) and was instrumental in helping SMS win many of its’ large government contracts. This success helped develop Systems Made Simple into an industry leader in health information technology. In all of these positions, Ms. Gallagher excels in business development strategy and helping contractors find the right teaming partners.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Berrigan has more than 20 years of business management experience in finance, cost proposal development, and project management. He has managed more than 20 cost proposals, with an extensive background in preparing detailed pricing spreadsheets and writing cost rationales. This experience includes multiple A-76 procurements
as well as infrastructure services contracts requiring in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Service Contract Act, and Davis Bacon Act. Prior to becoming CFO Mr. Berrigan was the SVP and COO of American Operations Corporation and also worked as a Project Manager providing corporate oversight of an operations and maintenance contract at the Washington Navy Yard.
