






Stan Stolpe has 35 years of experience in business development, program management, and information technology (IT). He has served as a capture manager, proposal manager, lead writer, and orals writer/coach on proposals for contracts valued up to $1.1 billion and has contributed to multiple corporate wins for multiple organizations. Organizations and Agencies he has supported include DoD, US Marine Corps, US Army, NAVSEA, ONR, AFRL, DHS, USCG, CBP, Commerce Department, CDC, NASA, DOE, and NOAA.
A former Program Manager for an organization of 110 technical personnel across 15 contracts, Mr. Stolpe is adept in all phases of the proposal development life-cycle from competitive analysis to developing themes and discriminators to running day-to-day proposal operations. As a proposal manager, he capitalizes on his life-cycle expertise to produce creative, compelling, and compliant documents. A strong leader, Mr. Stolpe provides detailed guidance to proposal teams to develop and articulate technical, management, and phase-in solutions. Mr. Stolpe is also a technical expert in network architecture and operations, software design and development, systems integration, and the systems development life-cycle.
