Mike Clark has 27 years of proposal management and development experience predominately in the federal sector but also in the state/local government sector. Mike is regarded as an expert in federal procurement having managed/written over 500 proposals, provided training in proposal development techniques, and addressed national conferences. With 30 years of Information Technology experience, Mike often serves as technical solutions architect on proposal activities. Mike has managed/written proposals on numerous topics including IT, body armor, international and domestic security services, logistics, satellite communications, weapons systems, K-12 education, etc. Mike was responsible for winning over $6B in requirements contracts and over $30B in IDIQ contracts just the past 10 years of dedicated proposal support. Mike’s prior employment history includes 17 years of business development, capture management, and proposal development for Unisys, SAIC, and Northrop Grumman.
