Keith Highfill, Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Keith Highfill has over 30 years of experience in information technology (IT), proposal development, and project management. He has served as Proposal Manager on winning bids including GSA Alliant Small Business, and has led proposals for single award contracts valued up to $1.3 billion. He has served as Technical Volume Lead for multiple winning bids including GSA Networx Universal and Enterprise (multi-award ceiling: $60 billion) and NSA AXISS. Mr. Highfill combines strong management and writing skills with an in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure developed while directing network technology services at high visibility sites including the headquarters level of the Pentagon. Mr. Highfill served in the United States Navy for 20 years as a Surface Warfare Officer and as a Computer and Information Systems sub-specialist, and he spent 8 years with a major telecommunications corporation as a Senior Manager for Network Operations and Customer Solutions. His expertise includes implementing and managing programs involving data center operations, data networking, client-server databases, Microsoft and UNIX Servers, Network Management, Help Desk Systems, and associated IT.
