Kevin Berrigan, Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Kevin Berrigan has more than 16 years of business management experience in finance, cost proposal development, and project management. He has managed more than 20 cost proposals, with extensive experience preparing detailed pricing spreadsheets and writing cost rationales. This experience includes multiple A-76 procurements as well as infrastructure services contracts requiring in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Service Contract Act, and Davis Bacon Act. Mr. Berrigan’s finance and cash flow management skills include preparation and tracking of invoices to ensure a receivables base capable of supporting future cash requirements. Mr. Berrigan also has experience as a Project Manager providing corporate oversight of an operations and maintenance contract at the Washington Navy Yard.
