Judith Schneider, Sr. Vice President

Judy Schneider brings more than 30 years of experience in proposal development, proposal management, and public and political policy. She is highly skilled at rapidly assessing an RFP, facilitating win strategy development, and managing proposal efforts through every facet of the procurement life-cycle. She combines excellent writing skills with strong leadership abilities, serving in roles to include proposal manager, strategist, management volume lead, orals lead, section lead, and color team reviewer, Ms. Schneider has supported KSI clients on more than two dozen winning proposals, including a $150 million utility privatization effort for the U.S. Army, a $426 million contract to manage and operate the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, and a $250 million IT-support contract to the CIA. Most recently, Ms. Schneider has supported a number of winning proposals for members of the intelligence community. She holds a top secret clearance.
