(KSI), he has built an organization that supports an average of $3.4 billion per year in client wins.
An innovative builder of tools and processes aimed at continuous improvement, Mr. McCarthy created KSI’s approach known as “Principle-centered Winning–a collection of proven best practices for advanced marketing, strategic support, and bid and proposal services that help win Government contracts. Mr. McCarthy also created the “CAPE-B” technique, a powerful methodology for solving complex technical, management and business problems and challenges.
