Greg McCarthy, Sr. Vice President and Chief Client Officer

Greg McCarthy has 25 years of sales management, marketing, capture and proposal experience. As Sr. Vice President and CCO, Mr. McCarthy is responsible for overseeing the high degree of customer satisfaction that KSI’s clients expect. Mr. McCarthy has experience in virtually every role of the capture and bid and proposal process. His experience spans all facets of proposal development in roles to include proposal manager, resume writer, management plan lead, past performance lead, orals coach, and compliance manager. Mr. McCarthy also leads the KSI group specializing in Third Party Performance Assessments. In that capacity, he has interviewed more than 1,000 Government personnel regarding contractor performance across 14 Government agencies. This experience has given him “front line” experience in understanding Government needs and hot buttons and allowed him to translate that understanding into winning proposals.
