Ellen Perrine, Vice President

Ms. Perrine brings to KSI more than 20 years of business development experience, including strategy development, proposal management, compliance management, and technical writing.  She has supported multiple wins (cumulative value >$7 billion) for KSI clients in roles that included proposal manager, volume manager, compliance manager, and writer. Her knowledge and experience with federal agencies includes the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, NASA, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of State, and FBI.  She is a member of the APMP National Capital Area Chapter and Women in Technology (WIT), where she serves on various committees.
