Carol Turpin, Vice President

Ms. Turpin has 17 years of business development experience in roles such as proposal manager, publications manager, contract negotiator, technical writer, marketing writer, and editor. She combines extensive proposal management experience with excellent writing skills to produce winning proposals. Ms. Turpin has led proposal efforts to multiple Government agencies for contracts ranging from $1 million to $2 billion, helping to win over $3.9 billion in contract value. She has recently managed proposal wins to Government customers including the US Army Joint Fusion Center, US Army INSCOM, NRO, DIA, Homeland Security, and GSA. Ms. Turpin has also served as manager of proposal organizations for several firms, most recently at an $800M unit of a Fortune 500 firm supporting the warfighter with information technology and intelligence analysis services.
