Carla Nixon, Vice President

Carla Nixon has more than 11 years of management experience in the Government proposal development and commercial sectors. She combines strong management skills with technical abilities in graphic design and desktop publishing, and has managed proposal production for contracts ranging from $1 million to more than $45 billion (multi-award). In addition, Ms. Nixon has provided proposal management support, including leading daily stand-up meetings, assigning and tracking actions, developing detailed outlines, developing proposal schedules, and ensuring milestones are met. Ms. Nixon has served as production manager on more than 25 winning proposals, including the GSA Networx Universal and Enterprise vehicles (combined multi-award ceiling: $60 billion). She has led all facets of proposal production including cover design, page layout, graphics development and integration, RFP analysis, and compliance matrix development. Proposal efforts have included large, multi-volume submissions with written proposals ranging up to 1,000 pages and oral presentations consisting of more than 500 slides. Ms. Nixon also has experience providing software support for Microsoft and Adobe applications.
